System Safety & Calibration Warning

The AEC Protocol is a technical tool for biological recalibration; it is not a medical device, nor is it intended to treat or solve physical or mental health conditions.

Contra indications (Do not use if):

  • You have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical devices.
  • You have a history of heart issues or arrhythmias.
  • You are pregnant.
  • You have a history of seizures or extreme sensitivity to specific tones and flickering light.

The Binaural tones provided are not designed for passive relaxation or traditional meditation. They are high-resonance frequencies designed to interface with your biological system. Because of this, you may experience:

  • Energy Bursts or sudden shifts in vitality.
  • Emotional Activation (the release of stored “noise” or tension).
  • Physical Sensations as your mitochondrial engines begin to phase-lock.

The Golden Rule of Friction: If a session creates discomfort, anxiety, or internal resistance Stop immediately. Simply disconnect and continue the next day.

Similarly, if the 5:5 breathing sequence creates strain, do not force it. Let the pacer go and follow your body’s natural tempo. Forcing a rhythm creates the very friction we are trying to eliminate, leading to the opposite effect.

Listen to your biology: In the AEC Protocol, “trying hard” is a form of resistance. True conductance happens when you relax into the resonance.

Welcome to the AEC Protocol: 30-Day Recalibration. You are not here to “learn” a new philosophy; you are here to recalibrate your Biological Hardware.

The Golden Rule: The Boot-Up Sequence

Every day of this 30-day journey begins with the AEC Tool. This is your System Boot-Up. Just as a musician tunes their instrument before a performance, you tune your Biological system before interfacing with the world.

To ensure Zero Friction Loss during your sessions, calibrate your environment:

  • Stereo Headphones (Required): The protocol uses precise Binaural Phase-Locking that only functions through distinct left and right channels. Without them, the “7.5 Hz Natural Tone” cannot lock.
  • Place and Space: Find a quiet sanctuary. Do not rush the process. You are building a new resonant architecture; it requires a stable foundation.
  • Visual Focus: Use a screen that allows you to follow the Horizontal Breathing Pacer clearly. This 5:5 breathing rhythm is the “key” that unlocks your body’s ability to charge itself without distraction.
  • Non-Detachment: Approach each session not as an “exercise” to finish, but as a Connection to Maintain. Remember: detachment creates resistance; non-detachment allows the frequency to flow through you without power loss.
